ZeipNET promotes the use of evidence in policy-making through designing and implementing frameworks that support the co-creation of research and other types of evidence including its uptake in policy-making. It does this through capacity development, active stakeholder engagement and other interventions that link evidence to policy-making and sustainable development.

Capacity Building

We develop institutional capacity through co-designing evidence-informed implementation systems supported by good governance and appropriate institutional frameworks thus facilitating and building adaptive capacity at individual, institutional and systemic levels.

Evidence Synthesis Platforms

We support the embedding of platforms to convert scientific outputs into reliable and digestible evidence that can inform decision-making in various sectors through resource-efficient, timely, transparent and rigorous evidence translation processes. The aim of our evidence synthesis work is to gather the best available evidence to actively inform decision-making, highlight evidence gaps and encourage the generation of evidence to plug these gaps.

Technical support

We use evidence to inform systems design processes in creating holistic and sustainable evidence- informed decision-making solutions. Our customized technical assistance helps organizations plan, implement, and monitor programs and services that address emerging needs through evidence generation and use in decision-making.
